Exciting news! I am launching my business for the first time. A coaching program called ONE DREAM ONE PLAN in 90 DAYS.

I am very happy with this feeling of following my dreams. I must say, it was a lot of hard work, but it feels good.

Where I come from, I did everything that I was supposed to do. Be a good girl, have good grades, go to college, and find a good job, preferably one that comes with a good reputation and great perks.

I had the dream of having a big house, financial freedom, and spending my free time travelling with my family and friends. I need to say, I was happy, but I didn’t know what to look for beyond the status of my work or having a very nice social life.

During my early days at corporate, my position was deemed redundant, but I was given the option to take a position outside Portugal. When this happened, I felt ashamed, as my life was sustained by my job. It was scary!

I took that opportunity to move abroad. I thought I didn’t really have an option. But it turned out, living abroad with my family was the best thing that could have happened to me.

The world opened up to me.

I started to dream of living in America, which took 6 years to come true. I started to make plans that lead to a lot of comments from others, like “You’re CRAZY!”

Part of that dream was doing something bigger than myself. I didn’t know what that was, but I was still figuring it out. I had this idea to speak up to the world, to impact others. I loved leadership content, and I loved TED Talks. I started to dream about doing a TED Talk (still in the plan).

Also, I had a cousin who introduced me to the concept of having a blog, and I started to think what a cool idea! Having a platform to share our ideas, thoughts, and points of view.

Even with this new knowledge of the blogging world, I still didn’t know I wanted to be a coach. I didn’t know there was such a thing. I knew about therapists but not coaches, or more specifically, life coaches.

I’m telling you this because I knew I wanted something different in my life, but didn’t know what. I had the excitement to move to the US, and then I moved to the US. Then I wanted to be a mother for the second time, and thankfully, that happened! I had my beautiful daughter, Mia. Once things settled down again, I was still feeling some kind of emptiness. It kept returning.

Of course, I was feeling guilty. How is it possible, not feeling fulfilled with my life if everything was fine? How lucky I am to have all the things I was asking for! How could I still feel this way?

There was always something to complain about. I didn’t have time to go to the gym, so I was blaming my husband for coming home very late. Then we made a schedule so that I could go to the gym, but they didn’t have the type of group classes I wanted to do. So I just didn’t go.

There was just always something that I thought was preventing me from being happy.

I was very busy with great things in life, but I was still missing something.

I decided to have a blog where I could talk about leadership. But in the beginning, I didn’t even publish them. I was so afraid about what others would say to me. The name I picked for the blog was AnnaJo Talks, and you know why? Because my name is Ana Jorge, I could mask my name, so no one I knew could find me! I laugh at it now because after 3 years, what I want is to have active followers! I want people to find me now!

In between publishing and not publishing some of the blog posts, I decided to hire a mindset coach! This was the trigger for me to make the leap of owning my blog.

Becoming a blogger, while also working my corporate job, introduced me to the world of personal development. I began to meet more influencers, and I earned my coaching certification! I was attending events and networking constantly! I started to have a full schedule, and this is when I, somehow, found time to work out. Go figure.

I went from “busy momma,” to “busy momma, blogger, runner!” But how?

Something happened! My priorities changed! Living my life’s agenda became a priority. Although, I must say I am not as up to date with all of the shows on Netflix like I was before. I have the same amount of time in my days, I just had to choose what to let go of and what needed to be a priority.

But the full process started when a tiny change happened: starting a blog.

For a busy momma like me, starting a blog was something that enabled me to become a coach, and now, starting my business. Even the physical appearance of the blog has evolved! From blue to pink!

The feeling of living a life with a purpose should be non-negotiable. I am ready to give back to help other women to find their tiny change in life. To help them gain momentum to live a life with purpose. To live their own life’s agenda.

So I have created my ONE DREAM ONE PLAN in 90 Days coaching program. I believe if we go through the process of ONE, and only one, goal to accomplish in 90 days, it will be the driver to accomplish the big Dream, whatever that may be. So what can you expect in the program? We will go on a journey of 4 steps:

Bring clarity to what is your dream, your passion. If you were not afraid, what would you do?
  • SET.
Break down your dream into goals, and set ONE tiny change, your ONE DREAM, and explore what you can do by setting a plan, ONE PLAN during this program.
  • TEST.
Time to test and learn about yourself. Accept challenges. Face your fears and be brave enough to go out of your comfort zone and learn.
Achieve your goal. Because it is a tiny change, you can see and feel the transformation, making you even more ready to continue the journey of following your dreams.

If you are in a place of your life where everything is going as planned, but you still feel like something is missing: This program is for you.

If you feel guilty for feeling this way because you should be grateful for all that you have and have accomplished, but you can’t shake the feeling of an unknown emptiness: This program is for you.

If you feel overwhelmed by thinking about change but you’re not sure where to start: This program is for you.

You don’t need to change your life completely to start feeling fulfilled. You can start by choosing one milestone, setting a tangible goal to feel fulfilled again!

One tiny change can be the trigger to start the journey towards your dream, creating the momentum of a woman in control of her life.

I would love to share my process with you, and show you how these tiny changes can truly change your life, just like it did mine. If you’re ready to make a change, enroll now in my One Dream, One Plan in 90 Days program!
